In some cases we offer a free* consultation. *Consultations related to personal injury or criminal matters are free. There is a $250.00 consultation fee for any consultations related to family law matters or abuse/neglect matters filed by the Cabinet for Health and Family Services. Should we be retained subsequent to a family law or abuse/neglect consultation the consultation fee is applied towards retainer and no time is billed after being retained for the consultation.
